The Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C., together with Maynilad Lodge 1521, marked the 129th anniversary of the martyrdom of Philippine national hero Dr. Jose P. Rizal with a wreath-laying and flag raising ceremony. A bust of Dr. Jose Rizal stands set between the Philippine and United States flags and commemorative wreaths during the Rizal Day commemoration at the Philippine Embassy Chancery Annex on 29 December 2025.
