Procedure and Requirements for Government-issued Documents

 Government-issued documents, such as Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Divorce Decree, etc., and those issued by private institutions, such as Transcript of Records, Medical Records, Licenses, Certificates of Training, etc. must be apostillized by the designated authorities (please refer to the directory below for the link on the designated authorities under the jurisdiction of the Embassy)
