Civil registry services at the Philippine Embassy include the following:

➢   Report of Birth

     Register the birth of a Filipino child born abroad with at least one Filipino parent.

➢Report of Marriage

     Register the marriage of a Filipino overseas with at least one Filipino spouse.

➢ Report of Death

     Register the death of a Filipino citizen abroad.

➢ Ship Human Remains to the Philippines

     Repatriate human remains or ashes to the Philippines

➢ Get Married at the Embassy

     Arrange your marriage ceremony at the embassy

➢ Correct a Typo on Your Civil Registry Document

     Petition to correct clerical errors on birth, marriage, or death certificates.
