The Philippine Embassy in Washington DC only accepts the following payment methods:

  1. Cash*
  2. Cashier’s Check or postal money order payable to “Embassy of the Philippines”
  3. Debit/Credit Card**
  4. Apple/Google Pay**

NOTE:

  • *Cash is not accepted for mail in services such as visa and civil registration applications (e.g. report of birth, death, marriage).
  • **For digital payments, a 4% convenience fee will be applied.
  • Personal checks are not accepted.
  • As a matter of policy, no refund will be made for services already rendered.
  • Only select services have expedited processing available.

FOR E-VISA ONLINE APPLICATIONS A $25 convenience fee applies to e-Visa applications in addition to the applicable 9(A) visa fee. For direct bank transfers, any applicable bank charges shall be borne by the applicant.
