Advisory
For your safety and to ensure a smooth transaction at the Philippine Embassy, please adhere to the following guidelines:
In-person consular services are available by appointment only. Please ensure you have a confirmed appointment before visiting the Consular Section.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and postal money orders. Personal checks are not accepted.
- Due to space constraints, we kindly ask that adult applicants attend appointments unaccompanied, except in cases where individuals have disabilities or are unable to read or write. Minors, however, must be accompanied by either parent or authorized adult companion.
- Loitering inside the building is strictly prohibited. Arrive on time for your appointment and depart promptly once your transaction is concluded.
- Mobile devices must be switched off or silent. Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited.
- No food, chewing gum, or drinks are allowed inside. Please inform consular staff if you have a medical condition requiring food or fluid intake.
- No pets allowed. However, a person with a disability may be accompanied by a service animal.
- We value respect and courtesy towards our consular staff and fellow visitors. Please treat our staff with kindness and patience during your visit.
Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to serving you during your appointment.
