WASHINGTON, D.C. – Filipino fellows at the National Defense University (NDU) presented a glimpse of the Filipino culture through their Philippine Cultural Booth at the International Fellows Luncheon on 17 March 2023.

NDU’s International Fellows Programs bring military and civilian leaders to campus for either a one-year master’s degree focused on strategic security studies or shorter course certificate programs at one of NDU’s five colleges. This is an annual NDU tradition that highlights the diversity of NDU’s student body and provides an opportunity to showcase different cultures and cuisines from all over the world.

The Embassy expressed its appreciation to Col. Justin Ramolete, and Col.  Alfonso Matias and his family – Filipino fellows at NDU – for promoting the Philippines during the event. ###
