The Philippine Embassy in Washington, DC is inviting qualified candidates for the following vacancy:
PROJECT TERM PERSONNEL FOR OVERSEAS VOTERS (OV) REGISTRATION
Responsibilities:
- Assist with information dissemination;
- Increase awareness of the ongoing OV registration through promotional activities and events;
- Encode the names and contact details of Filipinos under Post’s jurisdictions through Post’s registration of Filipino nationals;
- Prepare materials and equipment for OV registration;
- Answer queries regarding OV registration;
- Assist OV registrants;
- Perform tasks of an alternate Voter Registration Machine (VRM) operator;
- Remind registrants to vote and provide them with necessary information; and
- Perform other services that may be required in the exigency of the service
Requirements:
- Filipino national and of legal age
- Must possess a valid residence permit / green card / work visa
- Computer literate and able to handle IT equipment and peripherals
- Fluent in English and Filipino
