PHILIPPINE EMBASSY, WASHINGTON DC
CONSULAR OUTREACH MISSION

The Philippine Embassy in Washington DC, is pleased to announce that it will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission in:

JACKSONVILLE, FL

Date: July 15-17, 2022

Time: 8:00 am – 12:00 nn and 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Venue: Courtyard Jacksonville Flagler Center, 14402 Old St., Augustine Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32258

Steps on How to Secure an Appointment:


1. Visit the link: FULLY BOOKED

2. Service offered: Passport processing and dual citizenship. There will be NO civil registration and legalization applications are accepted.

3. For dual citizenship applications during the outreach, applicants should submit their application by mail (Philippine Embassy, Attn: Dual Citizenship, 1600 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington DC 200036) between 1-15 June 2022. Dual citizenship applications received before or after the dates indicated above shall be returned. Applicants are advised to wait for the call/email from the dual citizenship section if application is approved/disapproved.

Limited dual citizenship applications will be accepted during the outreach mission.

4. Female applicants who were married abroad and wish to use the last name of their husband must submit their application for Report of Marriage before the scheduled consular outreach mission. Applicants must present the original approved Report of Marriage during their chosen consular outreach mission.

5. First time applicants requiring Report of Birth must send their ROB application before the scheduled consular outreach mission. Applicants must present the original approved Report of Birth during their chosen consular outreach mission.

Consular outreach missions may be canceled or postponed depending on the current weather conditions or if there is a
serious public health issue affecting the destination.

Apart from the regular payment of consular application/service fees (e.g. passport renewal fee, visa fee, etc.), the Philippine Embassy in Washington DC and its attached service offices DO NOT request or solicit any monetary support, contribution, and/or donation for the conduct of its consular outreach missions.

• You will be allowed entry into the consular outreach venue only 10 minutes before your appointment time.
• Only applicants will be allowed to enter unless needing special assistance.
• Temperature checks will be mandatory. Applicants who are not feeling well or with an above normal temperature will not be allowed to enter.
• Face masks or coverings are required while inside the venue.
• Applicants are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizers and ballpens.
• Social distancing shall be strictly observed.

2. Service offered: Passport processing and dual citizenship. There will be NO civil registration and legalization applications are accepted.
