WASHINGTON, D.C.Staffers in the U.S. Congress got a taste of Jollibee Chickenjoy – voted the best fast food chicken by USA Today for the third straight year in 2026 – during the annual Embassy Night of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Staff Association (CAPASA) and Congressional South Asian-American Staff Association (CSAASA).

Visitors to the Philippine booth also sampled Jollibee’s peach mango pie, as well as Philippine-sourced pineapple and mango juices. Traditional textiles and handicrafts and tourism promotional materials were also on hand for attendees to browse, while two lucky visitors won bottles of Philippine rum via a raffle.

The Philippine participation in the Embassy Night was a joint endeavor of the Political and Legislative Section of the Embassy and its attached agencies, the Philippine Agriculture Office and Philippine Trade and Investment Center. ###
