WASHINGTON, D.C. – Philippine Ambassador Jose Manuel Romualdez engaged students from the University of North Florida (UNF) in Jacksonville in a lively discussion on foreign policy during their visit to the Embassy as part of their Real World Policy course.

The students, who presented a policy paper containing recommendations for the US administration regarding China, sought Ambassador Romualdez’s views and insights on issues and developments in the Philippines and Indo-Pacific.

The Real World Policy course, taught by former US Ambassador Nancy Soderberg at UNF Jacksonville, aims to expose students to foreign policy making through the presentation of policy papers to relevant officials in Washington D.C.  ###
