The Philippine Embassy in Washington DC, is pleased to announce that it will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission in:
TURKS & CAICOS
Date: December 10 -11, 2021
Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 nn and 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Venue: Casa Varnishkes at Long Bay in Providenciales.

Steps on How to Secure an Appointment:
1. Visit the link for the online appointment which will be posted on 29 November 2021 at 9:00 am;
2. Service offered: Passport processing only. No dual citizenship and civil registration applications accepted.
3. Applicants with initial Report of Birth or Report of Marriage shall file their ROB/ROM applications by mail prior to the visit of the Consular team to Turks & Caicos;
4. Carefully check the list of requirements for passport, and ensure that you bring all the required documents with the number of copies as specified on the website;
5. All fees are payable in cash or money order (payable to the “Philippine Embassy”). Personal checks are not accepted. Passport Renewal is $60; Lost Passport is $150;
6. All applicants are required to provide a self-addressed return DHL airwaybill;
7. For any questions, kindly send an email to outreach@phembassy-us.org.
Reminders:
1. You will be allowed entry into the consular outreach venue only 10 minutes before your appointment time.
2. Only applicants will be allowed to enter unless needing special assistance.
3. Temperature checks will be mandatory. Applicants who are not feeling well or with an above normal temperature will not be allowed to enter.
4. Face masks or coverings are required while inside the venue.
5. Applicants are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizers and ballpens.
6. Social distancing shall be strictly observed.

Visit the link for the online appointment which will be posted on 8 December 2021 at 9:00 am;
- Service offered: Passport processing only. No dual citizenship and civil registration applications accepted.
- Applicants with initial Report of Birth or Report of Marriage shall file their ROB/ROM applications by mail prior to the visit of the Consular team to Miami, Florida;
- Carefully check the list of requirements for passport, and ensure that you bring all the required documents with the number of copies as specified on the website;
- All fees are payable in cash or money order (payable to the “Philippine Embassy”). Personal checks are not accepted. Passport Renewal is $60; Lost Passport is $150;
- All applicants are required to provide a self-addressed return USPS envelope, with tracking number and Priority Mail Flat Rate postage ($8.70);
