The Philippine Embassy informs the public that it accepts Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) E-Certificates for passport and select civil registration services.
PSA E-Certificates may be ordered online through psahelpline.ph and carry the same legal validity as the traditional copy printed on security paper. Applicants who intend to submit E-Certificates should secure a copy of the E-Certificate shortly before their appointment at the Embassy. The E-Certificates can be verified online only for a limited period after its issuance.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to order a PSA E-Certificate with a DFA electronic Apostille (eApostille) through apostille.psahelpline.ph. Online verification of PSA E-Certificates with eApostille has no expiration.
Acceptance of PSA E-Certificates is being gradually implemented across the Embassy’s consular services. Clients are also encouraged to contact the Embassy to ask information on the acceptance of E-Certificate for some civil registration services. The Embassy will continue to accept the traditional PSA document printed on security paper issued in Manila, Philippines.
