Passport appointment slots for the Consular Outreach Mission in Jacksonville, Florida on November 13 to 14, 2026 are now open.
Passports expiring in the next two years can already be renewed at this outreach. Applicants can easily schedule their own appointments through passport.gov.ph. Please choose “PE Washington DC – Outreach in Jacksonville, Florida” as the site location. Booking your appointment slot is free of charge, and slots will remain open until all are filled.
For dual citizenship, the deadline to mail applications to the Embassy is on October 16, 2026. Dual citizenship applicants do not need to schedule a passport appointment, as their passport applications will be processed after their oath taking.
No appointment is needed for overseas voter registration.
