The Philippine Embassy informs the public that starting 31 January 2023, all appointments for legalization of documents and dual citizenship applications shall be set through the Qless online appointment system.

Appointments confirmed by the Embassy through email prior to 31 January 2023 shall proceed as scheduled.
Those without email confirmations are advised to set an appointment through Qless. Double booking of appointments will be forefeited.
The Embassy will gradually increase the number of appointment schedules as it transitions to this online appointment system.
