The Philippine Embassy in Washington D.C. informs the public that the iRehistro application is now accessible for the online accomplishment of the overseas voting registration form 1 (OVF1) through the link https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1
iRehistro is NOT an online registration system. It is only used to fill out and generate the OVF1 with QR code.
After encoding all the needed information, the applicant must (1) save a copy of the system-generated PDF file containing the accomplished OVF1 on his/her device and (2) prepare a printed copy. This printout will serve as the form that needs to be personally submitted to the Philippine Embassy in Washington D.C., along with the other requirements, for the processing of the application as per Sec. 6 of Republic Act No. 10590.
No personal data will be saved or retained on any server after using iRehistro. In case the system-generated PDF file is deleted or lost, the applicant has to repeat the process to generate another OVF1.
