The Philippine Embassy has received from COMELEC the Digital Overseas Voters’ ID of registered voters under its jurisdiction.
Please refer to the Certified List of Overseas Voters (as of 31 March 2024) to check if you are a registered overseas voter under the Philippine Embassy.
To request a copy of your digital overseas voter’s ID, please send an email to vote@phembassy-us.org with the following details:
Subject: Request for Digital OV ID
Body: Include your FULL NAME and DATE OF BIRTH
No printed copies will be made available. Voters who need physical copies will have to download and print their own file.#
