In addition to exploring the Philippines natural resources and climate change, students were introduced to Baybayin, the pre-colonial Filipino script, during the activity portion of the lesson. With a guide on hand, they enthusiastically wrote their names in Baybayin, further enriching their cultural appreciation of the Filipino phonetic system.
