WASHINGTON, D.C. – In celebration of Women’s Month, the Embassy hosted a series of activities dedicated to promoting the well-being, creativity, and empowerment of its personnel. The events included a Forum on Stress Management and a hands-on Floral Arranging Workshop, both designed to support holistic wellness and personal enrichment.
The Stress Management Forum held on 18 March 2026 provided an opportunity for engaging discussion on mental health, resilience, and practical coping strategies. Attendees gained valuable insights into managing daily stressors, achieving work-life balance, and prioritizing self-care in both personal and professional settings.
On 20 March 2026, Embassy personnel took part in a Floral Arranging Workshop, where they explored the art of flower arrangement as a form of creative expression and collaboration. Guided by a professional florist, attendees learned fundamental techniques in design, color harmony, and arrangement composition, enabling them to have basic knowledge to create culturally appropriate arrangements for official functions.
“These activities reflect the Embassy’s commitment to supporting women’s empowerment not only through dialogue but also through meaningful experiences that nurture both mind and spirit,” said Ambassador Jose Manuel G. Romualdez. “We are honored to celebrate the strength, resilience, and creativity of women in our community.”
The Embassy extends its appreciation to all participants, facilitators, and partners who contributed to the success of these events. Through initiatives such as these, the Embassy continues to foster a supportive environment where women can connect, learn, and thrive.
