WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C. conducted a field registration of overseas voters in Tampa, Florida, from 10 to 12 April 2026.
A total of 362 Filipinos based in Florida and neighboring states registered during the three-day activity.
Overseas voter registration requires personal appearance at the Philippine Embassy. Field registration allows Filipinos who are unable to travel to Washington DC to register and eventually exercise their right to vote.
Since the start of the registration period on 01 December 2025, over 1,000 Filipinos have registered with the Embassy. Registered overseas voters can vote for President, Vice President, Senators, and Party-List Representative in 2028. Registration ends on 30 September 2027.
