The Philippine Embassy in Washington DC informs all Filipino citizens in the United States and the Caribbean that Overseas Voter Registration for the 2028 National Elections will be held from 01 December 2025 to 30 September 2027.
All qualified overseas Filipinos, including dual citizens, are encouraged to register, update, or reactivate their voter record during the 22-month registration period and not wait until the last day. Registered overseas voters will be able to vote for President, Vice President, Senators, and Party-List Representative in the 2028 elections.
Overseas voter registration requires personal appearance at the Philippine Embassy or at consular outreach missions for submission of required documents and biometric data collection.
