The United States is the 6th largest source of Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) in the Philippines, registering $226.45M approved investments in 2019. According to U.S. data, United States’ FDI in the Philippines (stock) stood at $7.1B in 2017. U.S. direct investments in the Philippines is led by manufacturing, wholesale trade, and professional, scientific, and technical services.
