Consul General Iric C. Arribas received a courtesy call from five Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) participants from various Philippine government agencies. The five participants looked forward to learning from what the 6-week program themed "Governance and Society" focused on supporting professionals involved in the legislative process of governance at the local and/or national level, law, judicial reform, policy making, public administration, health and human services, fiscal management, Public-Private Partnerships, public safety, transportation, and urban planning.
