A Philippine Cultural Booth was arranged by the DMV-based Filipino employees of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) during their 2023 IMF Lunar New Year celebration at the IMF Headquarters in Washington DC on 01 February 2023.
The said event was organized by the IMF Chinese Staff Association to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit by featuring cultural performances, arts, and traditional food of various Asian countries.
There are over 80 Filipinos employed by the IMF.
