The Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C. wishes to announce that CIVIL REGISTRATION SERVICES will resume today, 15 July 2020, but strictly by MAILING ONLY.

All applicants are requested to please carefully read the requirements and instructions in the Embassy website before mailing your application package. Link: https://newphembassy.wpengine.com/civil-registration/

Incomplete requirements may delay the processing of your application, and the Embassy reserves the right to return an incomplete application.

In accordance with the “new normal” procedures, walk-ins will not be entertained.
