Please be advised that the last day for overseas voter registration for the 2025 Philippine National Elections is on 30 September 2024.
Registered overseas voters are advised to check if they were included in the list of overseas voters whose registration records were deactivated or missing biometric information.
Visit the Philippine Embassy in Washington DC to complete any of these transactions:
- Register as new overseas voter
- Transfer your voter record
- Update your address and contact information
- Reactivate your voting record
Please bring the original and one photocopy of your Philippine passport and proof of current Filipino citizenship to complete the process. Registration forms are available at the Embassy, or may be downloaded from tinyurl.com/ComelecOVF1. Appointment is not required.
