The Embassy of the Philippines in Washington D.C., through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the services of a private, duly licensed hauler/ recycling company to collect and dispose of the Embassy’s unserviceable properties and equipment through destruction/condemnation in accordance with GPPB Resolution No. 28-17 dated 31 July 2017 and the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
The Embassy requests interested companies/service providers to submit their proposal/price quotation which includes all related costs – labor, materials and equipment, to be able to fully complete the job. Attached are photos of the items that will be included in the disposal.
Interested contractors are requested to submit their best offer price quotes/proposals not later than 28 October 2022 (Friday). Price Quotes/Proposals, requests for site visits, inquiries or clarifications about the project may be sent to admin@phembassy-us.org.
