Students from the Southwest Middle School in Kansas, regional Future City champions, shared their inspiring floating city of Manila project with the Philippine Embassy. Their innovative solution, which addresses the challenges of climate change and rising sea levels, is an entry in the Future City national competition happening in Washington, D.C.
