The Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C. informs the public that the postage for the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope required for certain consular transactions has been increased from USD 12.90 to USD 13.90, effective 04 October 2026 through 16 January 2027, as part of the U.S. Postal Service’s temporary holiday rate adjustment.
Applicants availing themselves of Philippine Embassy consular services that require a self-addressed USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope for the return of documents are advised to use USD 13.90 in postage and include the required tracking number.
