WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Saturday, May 4, the Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C. will join more than fifty embassies during the Around the World Embassy Tour beginning at 10 a.m.
Passport DC runs from May 1 through 31 and offers an outstanding array of cultural activities presented at embassy open houses, street festivals, performing arts venues, museums and special receptions throughout the District.

Philippine Ambassador Jose Manuel G. Romualdez and embassy personnel are eager to open its grounds to Washingtonians and other guests this May. “We are thrilled to join the Around the World Embassy event in Washington, D.C., as we further strengthen people-to-people ties and friendship between our nations. Gates. “Throughout May, I encourage everyone to join us as we travel the world through a series of unforgettable signature events that underscore why our city is the culture capital of the world.”
The Philippine Embassy looks forward to participating in this annual tradition after a long hiatus since 2019. This year, guests can expect Filipino music, cuisine, and short cultural performances throughout the day for an interactive cultural exchange like none other. Admission is free.

ABOUT THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY
