The Embassy of the Philippines in Washington D.C., through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to lease seven (7) units of heavy duty photocopy machines for the use of its offices located at 1600 and 1617 Massachusetts Ave. NW, Washington D.C. 20036, in accordance with GPPB Resolution No. 28-17 dated 31 July 2017 and the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
The Embassy requests interested companies/service providers to submit their proposal/price quotation which includes all related costs such as, but not limited to, delivery, installation, maintenance, insurance, pick-up of machines (at the end of the term/contract) and the particulars (brand/model/specifications) of the photocopy machines that will be provided. Attached are the specifications of the machines and lease term.
Interested contractors are requested to submit their best offer price quotes/proposals not later than 09 November 2022 (Wednesday).
